2. Eligibility

3. User Account

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Ticketeazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

4. Ticket Booking

• Ticket availability is subject to real-time status.
• Completing a transaction constitutes a binding purchase request and acceptance of event-specific rules.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.
• Ticketeazz reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, duplicate transactions, or regulatory requirements.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed search results are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may include additional convenience fees, booking fees, or payment processing charges, which will be disclosed prior to payment completion.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Ticketeazz is not responsible for failures caused by bank systems, network issues, or technical glitches.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Cancellations are subject to the specific refund policy set by the event organizer (shown prior to purchase).
• Booking fees, convenience charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing times depend on payment gateway and banking partners.
• Ticketeazz is not responsible for event delays, postponements, or schedule changes initiated by event organizers or venue operators.

7. Event Changes

Event organizers, venues, artists, or speakers, or other details, may change without prior notice. Decision for refunds or replacements for such situations remains at the sole discretion of the event organizer and not specified by Ticketeazz for platform changes.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform's operations.
• Resell or redistribute purchased tickets without permission.
• Disrupt or interfere with any security measures implemented by the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, and designs, is the property of Ticketeazz or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services. Ticketeazz does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:

• Ticketeazz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Ticketeazz shall not be responsible for event security, quality, safety, or execution conducted by organizers.
• Ticketeazz shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access or platform downtime caused by factors beyond control.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticketeazz, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Force Majeure

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Ticketeazz.

17. Severability
